Barb Szabo's Five Minutes of Fame!
A short while ago I wrote a post titled "You never get a second chance to make a first impression", which was about preparing your home for sale.
A
few weeks ago, our owner forwarded an e-mail to all the agents in the
office which she received from a reporter from our local paper, The Sun
Courier. (The article was not available electronically). The reporter
wanted agents' top ten list of things a seller should do to prepare
their home for the spring market.
I didn't waste any time formulating my list and sending it off to Linda Chojnacki, along with 
links
to the above article and my website, so that sellers could download the
E-book I have available there, titled "450 Ideas To Help Your Home Sell
Faster."
Within
hours of getting my e-mail Linda was on my website requesting the
e-book! Even though I did not receive a call or e-mail from Linda, I
was quoted in her article!! Four times!!
