I ran into Barb when she was representing a house I was interested in. I was impressed with her honesty, no-pressure methods and ability to engage as a real person rather than leaning on a sales pitch. Later when I went to sell my home in a market downturn she was willing to start with the price that made me comfortable and launch a comprehensive marketing package from day one that continued through to the final sale. While the home was on the market she kept regular contact with feedback after every showing. During stretches of inactivity she provided local real-estate news and trends, reports on activity stats and what they meant along with no-pressure suggestions to improve activity. It's not hard to understand why Barb has been our realtor for 15 years.
